Pricing varies because every woman's needs, goals, and circumstances are different. I don’t hide my rates ! You can view all programs directly through any of the Links for Training at the top of the page!


But here’s the thing: I don’t want women “shopping for the cheapest option.”  That's how many got where they are now. 


I want you choosing the support you actually need.


My job as a mission-driven coach is to meet you where you are and create a plan, whether standard or custom that feels good for both of us. 


Payment plans and options exist because accessibility is at the heart of our mission.


Nope!
Most Trainerize programs run for 3 months and do not auto-renew unless you choose to continue.
I offer short-term options (like the 4-session Mini Pack) as well as long-term coaching for women who want consistency.
Some of my clients train with me for years — not because they have to, but because they want ongoing support, structure, and accountability (the same way some people stay with their hairstylist forever).


Absolutely not, unless that fits your lifestyle and budget. Some ppl have trainers and stay with them for years, like a hair stylist. Others just need a jump start to get back on track, while some want to check in with me a couple times a month for accountability. 


Fitness isn't one size fits all, and we understand that.

Absolutely not,  BUT you will need to maintain the lifestyle we cultivated during your program!


Some women work with me for a season. Others work with me for years.
It depends on your goals, capacity, and preferences.


You can treat fitness coaching like school - you come, learn the skills, build the habits, and eventually feel confident flying solo.
Or you can treat it like a lifestyle - consistent support that keeps you progressing without burnout.


No ! I work with ALL women.


But I do intentionally prioritize the safety, inclusion, and comfort of Black women, women of color, and members of the global majority because mainstream fitness has historically not made room for us.


If that makes anyone uncomfortable, this likely isn’t the right space for them.


Standard ($39.99/month):
For women who want ongoing structure, trainer-designed workouts, recipes, weekly Q&A, community support, and full access to the Trainerize tracking tools without needing individualized monthly programming.

Custom ($75/month):
For women with specific goals who want personalized monthly workouts designed for their body, schedule, and lifestyle. You get everything in the standard membership plus coaching-level program design and adjustments.


A whole new way to support women's health,  build  community, and offer holistic care. When the Mind Embody Fitness studio opens, you can expect a deeply intentional space created for women to train, heal, learn, and grow. In addition to everything already offered, the studio will feature:

  • Meal prep partnerships with local women-owned businesses like Luna Fit
  • On-site nutrition consultations and ongoing coaching
  • Limited semi-private training sessions offered a few times a week - a more affordable, community-focused option for women who prefer support in a small group setting
  • Yoga and mindfulness classes to help you strengthen your mind–body connection
  • Community pop-ups, workshops, and wellness events designed to bring women together  

The vision is to create a sanctuary - not just a gym -where women can experience real support, real education, and real transformation in a space built with them in mind.


If you’re working with me in any capacity (coaching, personal training, nutrition support, or as a meal-prep pickup client), you’ll be able to add a gym membership.

For at least the first 6–12 months, the studio will stay client-only so we can protect the intimate, community vibe and keep it a safe space. As we grow and expand locations, we may explore opening limited memberships to the public, but this first space is for our people.


Mind Embody is different because it treats your health like a whole ecosystem ❌ not a checklist and definitely not a bootcamp. We’re not here to shrink you, shame you, or rush you through a transformation you can’t sustain.


We help you unlearn burnout, regulate your nervous system, understand your body, build real strength, and stop treating survival mode like a personality trait.


This is where you learn to feel safe in your body again… and build habits that honor you instead of punish you.
