ONLINE RESOURCES FOR PERSONAL COACHING AND DEVELOPMENT
After Covid it seemed as if virtual was here to stay, and as we continued to welcome members from all over including China, Finland, Denmark, The United Kingdom and EVEN Uganda, It became clear that Mind Embody was bigger than just fitness coaching. Our clients sough us our for everything from Feminine Embodiment Classes & Somatic Release, to Mindset Coaching, Business Consultations for New Bizz Owners, and of course Holistic Health Coaching- which is where is all begins .
COMMUNITY: a place where you can feel SAFE, SEEN and SUPPORTED
Gyms can be an intimidating place for anyone ESPECIALLY WOMEN. Our online community offers the support clients need to feel good about going into spaces and... taking up space!
While the need for virtual community isn't going anywhere, our team and community do need a home. We are planning to expand into our own Holistic Health Coaching Facility within the next 6-9 months!
