I was a single mom watching a dream die and losing my sense of who I was, all at the same time. I was carrying grief, shame, and the full weight of holding everything together on my own.
There were days I showed up to train late, crying, hungover, or barely able to make it through. My trainer never turned me away. She met me right there and coached me through the real life behind the workout. That is when I understood exactly what women like us need, and almost never get.
So I became a Certified Health Coach, a NASM-certified personal trainer, and a nutrition coach. I know this journey from both sides of it.
I built Mind Embody for women whose bodies, mental health, identities, and circumstances are too layered for a cookie-cutter program. Women who are tired of being treated like an experiment at the doctor and another name on a trainer’s roster.

All I can say is incredible trainer. I have been a client of Bonnie since October 2025. I came to her to resume getting in top physical shape to start my path of motherhood over 40. Started this journey in August 2025 with Coach and have been blown away with my results. I was already attending 2 Pilates classes a week but plateaued in my progress. My goal was to look ripped! I want to be a muscle mami. I started off weight training once a week and with each month a gradually added on another day. By November, i weighed in at 182 and was weight lifting 2-3x a week. I also started taking my nutrition seriously and aimed to hit my protein & fiber goals (eating 3 times a day, 30-50g of protein each meal. 20g of fiber a day). By January 1st, I increased my daily steps & incorporated low impact cardio after my workouts 1-2x a week. Today i sit at 172 and completely shocked at the results because my goal was not to lose weight. Under the direction of Coach, I completely changed my body composition and metabolism. I encourage anyone looking to lose weight to hit your macros, eat MORE, move your body and put up heavy weight. Stop being scared of looking bulky.
